3. About Gediz AI
Gediz is an AI-powered radio host/chat feature. Generated responses may occasionally contain incorrect, incomplete or outdated information and do not replace professional legal, medical, financial or similar expert advice.
Passwords, payment information, sensitive personal data or personal information that does not need to be shared should not be sent to Gediz.
4. User responsibilities
The site and Gediz AI may not be used for unlawful activities, damaging the service, overloading the system, bypassing security measures, attempting unauthorized access or infringing third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property and third-party content
Original Ayvalık FM brand elements, logos, text, software, design and broadcast elements are protected under applicable law. Rights relating to third-party images, data, platforms or services used on the site belong to their respective rights holders.
Unauthorized use of the Ayvalık FM brand in a way that may mislead users or create the impression of an official affiliation is prohibited.
6. External links and third-party services
